Welcome to our new villa, modern and luxurious detached bungalow villa located in the peaceful and exclusive area of Vale Paraiso, Sao Martinho do Porto with private parking. The villa boasts a large living room and kitchen with a stunning view of the eucalyptus forests. Situated in a beautiful and sunny location that is well-sheltered, it provides you with the perfect blend of peace and privacy.

The villa has three bedrooms, one of which is en suite. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while the third bedroom has two single beds. The living room features a large HD 4K smart TV and super-fast Wi-Fi. The villa is also fitted with air conditioning and heating. The garden area is equipped with a swimming pool and sun lounges for you to enjoy relaxing afternoons under the olive trees and palm trees, as well as a large outdoor dining table in the shade on the terrace that seats six people. Next to the terrace, you'll find a barbecue that is ideal for preparing those delicious Portuguese dishes.
The villa is just two kilometers away from the sea and one kilometer from the nearest supermarket. The area surrounding the villa is home to a sailing school, some of the world's most beautiful golf courses, delicious restaurants, and historical sites. the villa serves as the perfect base for beach, golf, or a peaceful luxurious family holiday. São Martinho do Porto is only a three-minute drive from the villa.
Thanks to its shell-shaped bay, the beach and the sea are easily accessible to everyone, especially children. In addition, it has a pleasant boulevard with various shops, restaurants, and terraces. During the summer, beach bars are set up and there is a small playground. You can also partake in a variety of water sports here. Obidos, Alcobaça, Fatima, and Caldas da Rainha are only a 15-minute drive away from the villa.
These places have countless sights to explore. Foz do Arelho/lagoon is another place that is located just 15 minutes away from the villa. It is home to Europe's largest saltwater lake, a beautiful beach, and boulevard. On the other side is a peaceful beach where you can go windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing, and SUPing. There is also a surfing school. In Nazaré, which is only 15 minutes away from the villa, several surfing records have been broken with the largest waves in the world.
São Martinho do Porto’s Baia de São Martinho do Porto is a must-visit. Stroll along the beachfront path, rent a group bike, or simply enjoy the stunning views of the bay. The sunsets here are particularly magical during the longer summer days.
For Beach Adventures: Head to Praia do Salgado, a fantastic and relatively deserted beach. The sandy shores and beautiful waters make it an ideal spot for beach-combing, building sandcastles, and soaking up the sun.
Visit the Farol: Climb up to the Farol (lighthouse) for a spectacular view. The short hike involves about 160 steps and rewards you with panoramic vistas of the gentle bay and the roaring Atlantic. It’s a memorable experience for both kids and adults.
Water Sports: São Martinho do Porto offers water sports such as canoeing, sailing, and stand-up paddleboarding. Rent a pedal boat (“gaivota”) and explore the bay from a different perspective.
Coastal Hikes: Take scenic hikes along the coast, breathing in the fresh sea air and enjoying the natural beauty of the surroundings. The rugged cliffs and hidden coves make for an exciting adventure.
Parque dos Monges Amusement Park: If you’re up for a short drive to nearby Alcobaça, visit the Parque dos Monges(Monks’ Park). This family-friendly amusement park offers fun rides, green spaces, and a chance to unwind.
